On becoming a “writer”

Note to self:
People will judge you
dislike you
disagree with you
taunt you
and judge you – (oh,
did I already mention that) –
and they are going to believe anything they want to…
So why not just write it down anyway?

Because – surprisingly enough –
if you do,
you may actually become a writer
before you die.
